Limited Liability Company “Remeks” was registered in the Commercial Register under the number 40003716423 on December 15, 2004.
The main task of “Remeks” is strategic business management.
Acting on behalf of the owners of the companies on the basis of power of attorney, “Remeks” develops strategic plans of these companies, evaluates and coordinates planned manufacturing and financial indicators, controls their fulfilment within the accounting period.
Within strategic management, “Remeks” analyses the companies, develops recommendations to improve organisational structure, quality management system, financial, manufacturing and personnel resources, occupational and environmental protection, credit policy, as well as participates in implementation of these recommendations in the companies.
Managing the Board of Directors of the group, “Remeks” Board coordinates and organizes operational manufacturing activities within the group companies.
The company is managed on the basis of the Integrated quality, work and environment protection system that has been certified by the auditing company “Bureau Veritas Certification” according to internationally acknowledged standards ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001.
"Remeks” Board reports in the meeting of the owners of the company about the results of the activities according to their commitments and rules of the Commercial Law.
