“Remeks” group is a group of companies unified under a common mission, values and aligned targets, as well as the management system.

The companies of the group provide wide range of engineering services inpower engineering, telecommunications and information networks, building and construction technical infrastructure.
The strengths of the group from the customers’ point of view are the opportunity to address different technical tasks within a single order. The responsibility for the work scope, fulfilment terms and quality lies upon the company signing the contract with the respective customer.
The strategic management and control of operational tasks of the “Remeks” group is performed within the unified management system of the LLC “Remeks”.
Co-operation among the “Remeks” group companies is ensured by the Board of Directors.
Organisational, administrative and management support for the group is provided by LLC “Remeks Biznesa Pakalpojumi”.
Each company being in the “REMEKS” group is a limited liability company and carries its business according to the Commercial Law of the
