The “Remeks” group company “Remeks Ventilācijas Sistēmas” provides technical maintenance of the ventilation and air conditioning systems during their exploitation process.
Technical maintenance includes examination of the system’s technical condition and diagnostics, development of technical solutions and organisational arrangements to ensure working safety and prevent emergency, preventive (cleaning of air pipes, replacement of filters, supplementing of refrigerants, etc.) and repair work as well as tests, measurements and tuning of system’s technical parameters.
The companies perform their work with their own equipment and materials, ensuring delivery in due terms and of due quality.
The scope of work and its regularity is determined by the technical maintenance rules prepared by the manufacturers of the equipment and regulatory acts on building maintenance, taking into account the purpose and maintenance peculiarities of the object.
